2.3 Quote Request: By submitting a request for a quote on the Portal, you authorize us to use the information provided to generate a quote for your car battery.
2.4 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide on the Portal. Any inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the accuracy of the quote.
2.5 Valid Business License: To complete the battery sales process, you will be required to provide proof of a valid business license and a valid dismantler license.
3. Quotes
3.1 Quote Generation: We will provide you with a quote for your car battery based on the information you provide. Quotes are subject to change based on a physical inspection of the car battery. Quotes are only valid for the time period as specified in the quote.
3.2 No Obligation: Quotes provided on the Portal do not constitute a binding offer to purchase your car battery. You are under no obligation to sell your car battery based on the quote.

5. Intellectual Property

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content, including quotes, from the Portal without our prior written consent. We reserve all rights not expressly granted under these Terms of Use.
5.2 User Content: By submitting content to the Portal, including reviews or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content.
6. Prohibited Conduct

- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Portal to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Warranty: We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Portal or the quotes provided. The Portal is provided "as is."
7.2 Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Portal. Our total liability arising from or related to the Portal is limited to the greater of the amount paid to you for the particular services at issue in the prior 3 months or $100.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Portal at our discretion, without notice, at any time for any reason. You may discontinue your use at any time.
